Marketing Engineer

Environex, with over thirty years in catalyst emissions technology, is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Engineer to join our close-knit team in our Malvern, PA office. The successful candidate will have a technical/science background, excellent written/oral/interpersonal communication skills with a knack for growing connections. This position reports to the Marketing Director and includes up to 20% travel for continental US-based trade show/conference events.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Customer relationship building and implementation of marketing initiatives

·        Lead generation and development to drive business growth

·        Periodic travel to support conference and trade show events (up to 20%)

Day-to-Day Activities:

·        Customer outreach and execution of marketing campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)

·        Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

·        Prepare quotes based on customer requests

·        Create and update technical marketing materials to promote Environex services

·        Website and Social Media updates to promote company events and thought leadership

·        Track, organize, and report website traffic data and collaborate with the Marketing Director to strategize and implement site improvements

·        Support marketing initiatives at industry conferences, trade shows, and other customer events

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Experience: At least one year of B2B experience with industrial customers (Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or other Energy-related industry)

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (ChE preferred) or equivalent work experience in Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or a related industry

·        Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

·        CRM system data management experience

·        Basic website editing and updating capability; WordPress or similar experience

·        Organized and detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy

·        Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and listening skills

·        Independent and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities

·        US citizen with the ability to commute to Malvern, PA 19355

Nice to have:

·        Graphic design experience – Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

·        Google Analytics (GA4) and Seach Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
