What You’ll Do
•Oversee and optimize all scheduling operations, using data analytics and routing insights to ensure efficient resource allocation and customer experience
•Lead and manage contact center teams, refining scripts, coaching agents, and ensuring appointments convert into successful audits and sales
•Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, balancing legacy lead sources with new initiatives like partnerships, community events, and direct outreach
•Plan and manage events and trade shows, coordinating internal promotion, logistics, and follow-up to track lead conversion
•Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field, and engineering teams to improve lead quality, appointment routing, and team alignment
•Own marketing performance reporting, analyzing audit and sales conversions to identify high-performing channels and continuously improve outcomes
What You Bring
•5+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or marketing leadership (experience in home services or field-based industries a plus)
•Proven ability to manage people, systems, and data across multiple departments
•Strong analytical mindset with fluency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
•Hands-on expertise in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and scheduling systems
•Experience in coaching teams, managing vendor relationships, and improving internal processes
•Knowledge of Nassau and Suffolk County routing and geography is a strong plus
•PMP or similar project management certification preferred
