What you'll do
As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will be responsible for elevating Niron's brand presence, leading the execution of key events, and driving demand generation efforts that support our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is hands-on and detail-oriented, and knows how to balance creative storytelling with operational excellence.
+ Own the planning, execution, and follow-up of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences
+ Coordinate logistics, vendors, contracts, booth design, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations and achieve brand and customer experience goals
+ Partner with Business Development to align event strategy with pipeline goals and target audience
+ Support campaign development and execution across email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute marketing collateral (one-pagers, decks, case studies, etc.)
+ Track and report on key metrics for event ROI and marketing campaign performance
+ Build the brand through brand planning and messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all events and marketing materials
+ Help manage company social media presence by developing and scheduling content
+ Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing assets and event calendars
What we're looking for
•Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a similar role—experience at a startup or B2B company is a plus
•Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Canva
•Creative, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
•Willingness to travel for events as needed

•Salary: $60,00 - $85,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills
