Manufacturing Manager

to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, leading teams, and contributing to the success of a wide variety of projects.

What You’ll Do:

•

Lead and organize operations across various manufacturing departments

•

Manage workforce capacity, budgets, and performance to meet quality and delivery targets

•

Drive safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency initiatives

•

Oversee job, space, tooling, and equipment planning to maximize productivity

•

Ensure compliance with GasTech specifications and industry standards

•

Provide leadership in employee training and development

•

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

•

Review employee timecards and conduct performance reviews

•

Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Requirements

•

10+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years of leadership experience

•

In-depth knowledge of pressure vessels, structural steel, and oil & gas processing equipment

•

A strong understanding of welding, layout, and ASME/ANSI vessel and piping codes

•

Experience with Lean methodologies

•

A higher vocational welding background (preferred)

•

Proficiency in managing MRP/ERP systems (preferred but not required)

•

Experience in an ISO 9001 environment (preferred)
