Founded in 1929, F.C. Ziegler Co. has grown from a small, family-owned manufacturing firm into a recognized industry leader. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we’ve expanded to nine retail locations, a dedicated manufacturing and design division, a wholesale arm, and a successful e-commerce platform. We pride ourselves on creating unique decorative adornments and furniture, utilizing materials such as brass, bronze, aluminum, sterling silver, and wood to serve sanctuaries across the nation. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and driven Manufacturing Operations Leader to join our team and help guide our next chapter of success.

Take a lead role in setting clear annual goals, including facility improvements, workforce planning, safety initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. You’ll develop metrics to measure and guide our success across all areas.
Building a Winning Team:
You’ll be an effective communicator and motivator, inspiring team members to reach their full potential while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous growth and employee engagement.
