- Translate project requirements into robust designs for power distribution (DC, single-phase AC, three-phase AC) and controls.
- Modernize or implement control system hardware to meet evolving process needs.
- Specify instrumentation, servos, and drives that deliver reliable performance.
- Develop and update P&IDs, electrical elementaries, and loop sheets.
- Create technical packages for procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification.
- Build ROM estimates and phased timelines that keep projects predictable.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders from the shop floor to senior leadership.

- Reporting to: Manager, Design Engineering and Project Management
- Work style: Hybrid (remote/in-office)
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline with deep I&C experience).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing with equipment modifications.
- Comfort with Allen Bradley PLCs, Honeywell Experion DCS, instrumentation and controls design, and project engineering.
The base salary range for this role, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills, is $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year.
