Job Description

Our Altoona area manufacturing facility is looking to hire Production Workers. Candidates must be highly organized, have the ability to monitor quality of products, attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively to management and the team.

Job Responsibilities may include:

Be on time and have excellent attendance!

Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.

· Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

. Machine Center ( Machine Operator)

. Window Assembler

· Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies.

· Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Organize Inventory in an easy to access process

· Cleans parts

Skills and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, previous manufacturing experience a plus, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., ability to show up to work on time each day with a positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.

Summary

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be integral to the production process within our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role involves operating assembly lines, utilizing mechanical knowledge, and ensuring efficient manufacturing practices. Core skills in factory operations and assembly will be essential, while premium skills in forklift operation may be required. Additionally, your experience with hand and power tools, along with warehouse experience, will enhance your contributions to our team.
