Manager, Transformation, Governance & Processes

This position is responsible for driving in-flight improvement efforts, as well as ensuring our risk management processes and policies are fit for the growing business and changing markets.

Responsibilities May Include:

Help coordinate and deliver MRPC transformation initiatives around culture, process, reporting effectiveness, and technology improvement.

Coordinates risk governance frameworks and policies, ensuring MRPC alignment with CFR and PSX-wide governance initiatives.

Oversees risk incidents, including incident management tracking and logging.

Oversees process management, ensuring conformance across commodities and regions via KPIs.

Coordinates risk-related projects, including continuous process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.

Review and recommend changes to book structures.

Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in governance, compliance, or process management in commodity trading

Governance specialist, adept at enforcing policy compliance and maintaining strong risk management standards

Systems expert, enhancing operational efficiency through effective process and system upgrades

Expertise in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with company policies

Experience managing cross-functional projects to enhance risk, finance, and operational controls globally

Strong knowledge of system and process architecture, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align multiple departments to achieve governance and compliance goals
