The Manager – Talent Management reports to the Sr Director – Total Rewards and oversees all aspects of the Talent Management lifecycle for onshore personnel globally, including goal setting, performance evaluations, talent reviews, leadership development, career frameworks, and succession planning. This role provides strategic input to enhance organizational development, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation, and business leaders to ensure that talent and rewards management programs support organizational goals and employee growth. This position also serves as the system lead for talent management processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Lead the design and execution of talent management and organizational development programs, including performance management, leadership development, career development frameworks, talent reviews, and succession planning for all levels of onshore personnel.
- Manage and enhance the performance management process, including goal setting, quarterly and annual reviews, calibration sessions, and performance documentation.
- Lead functional and leadership succession planning and talent review processes globally for shore-based employees in collaboration with HR and business leaders to identify key talent and critical roles, evaluate leadership readiness, and implement targeted development plans.
- Provide career development guidance and functional support to managers, ensuring alignment with the organization’s culture, values, and business priorities.
- Lead efforts to define and maintain career frameworks and pathways, partnering with HRBPs and Compensation to ensure alignment with job architecture and career progression models.
- In collaboration with HRIS, manage and optimize the Talent Management System within Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, reporting, and process improvements.
- Develop and track workforce and talent analytics, providing data-driven insights to inform workforce planning, succession, and leadership readiness decisions.
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure linkage between performance outcomes and rewards, promotions, and development opportunities.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify development needs and design training programs that build manager and senior leader capability in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Oversee the individual development planning process for high potential employees (HiPos) and emerging leaders.
- Monitor and report on performance management metrics, including process compliance, performance rating distribution, and alignment between ratings and compensation outcomes.
- Collaborate across HR functions on employee career ladders and skills-based career frameworks, ensuring consistent application and alignment with the company’s talent philosophy.
- Drive continuous improvement of talent processes and tools to support a culture of high performance, accountability, and development.
- Lead and deliver talent management projects and initiatives on time and with high quality, adapting to evolving business priorities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
- Experience within a global or complex organization preferred.
- Experience using and administering Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Talent Management Systems strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of talent management and organizational development practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and consulting skills with ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Analytical and data-driven; skilled in workforce analytics and HR metrics reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable programs and processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in HR systems (Oracle HCM Cloud or similar).
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborative and proactive working style, with demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across HR and the business.
