Reporting to the Corporate Director, Mine, Geology & Grade Control, the Manager, Mine Geology and Grade Control will be part of the Mineral Resources Management Team (within the Global Agnico Eagle exploration group). This position provides support to operations to meet and exceed operational performances. The incumbent will advise on the evolution of the mines in operation as well as on various development projects. Key areas of focus will be to coach groups and provide guidelines in mine geology and grade control. They will also contribute to built reliable Mineral Reserve to Mill comparisons, analyse results and establish/follow action plans to improve reserves parameters and/or mining quality. They will play a key role with the corporate group in supporting the execution of the plan of the Budget and LOM.

YOUR WORK SCHEDULE: Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday teleworking, or from one of our offices in Toronto, Timmins, Montreal or Abitibi. Travel to sites is required on a periodic or as-needed basis (30-50%).
