Manager, Instrumentation and Combustion

What You'll Do

- Lead and coach a high-performing team of instrumentation and combustion technicians

- Promote teamwork and accountability within your team and across all levels of the Estevan operation

- Drive department performance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the VP of Operations

- Collaborate with peers and the management team to execute operational and strategic plans

- Solve complex technical challenges utilizing the team talents and while developing your team’s skills and confidence

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention in collaboration with HR, and with a people-first mindset

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and company programs and procedures

- Conduct regular field visits to support customer needs, work execution and quality assurance

- Champion change initiatives and foster employee engagement

What You Bring

- Instrumentation Technologist diploma or Controls Technician certification

- Dual ticket (Instrumentation/Electrician) is considered an asset

- 5–10 years of progressive experience in instrumentation, combustion, or related services

- A genuine passion for leading and developing people and building confident, engaged teams

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, judgement and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of  best practices in safety, quality and regulatory compliance

- Comfortable working across field, shop, and office environments
