Job Description

X-energy is seeking professionals to join our Reactors division in the role of Manager, Chief of Staff. This position is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and alignment of the Engineering organization. This role requires an engineering professional with strong technical acumen. Acting as a strategic partner and representative for Engineering leadership, this individual will facilitate communication across departments, drive organizational initiatives, and ensure that engineering priorities are clearly understood and advanced across the company. The role serves as a collaborative partner with cross-functional teams and brings clarity and coordination to complex technical conversations.

Travel Expectations: up to 10% as needed

Hours: standard office schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

Compensation

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$134,475- $224,125
