Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Experienced Person with Mechanical and Electrical abilities to work with our Head Facilities Maintenance Technician .

The Purpose:

Must be able to accurately diagnose and repair machinery and maintenance issues. In addition tasks will include: painting, plumbing, upkeep of building maintenance including electrical, heating and HVAC system. Provide routine inspections and repairs.

The successful candidate must be dependable, have mechanical ability, good problem-solving skills, and can do minor electrical repairs. Someone who is eager and willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. Must be physical enough to stand, squat, lift and lower objects throughout the day. English speaking a must, bilingual is a plus.

We are a fully air-conditioned facility. This position has opportunity for growth. Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
