Industrial Maintenance Technician

- Location: Dallas, NC

- Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- Schedule: 3 on / 4 off, 4 on / 3 off rotation

- Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Arthur Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across two facilities in Dallas, NC. This position is ideal for a dependable, knowledgeable technician with a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to safety, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

- Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance

- Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks

- Accurately complete maintenance logs and reports

- Travel between two nearby facilities (less than 1 mile apart) as needed

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

- Reliable transportation for commuting between two facilities

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices
