Maintenance Technician 1 - 2795
Applies electrical and mechanical skills to ensure production goals are met.
Job Duties
- Provide basic technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during and after construction.
- Will work with team to trouble shoot mechanical and basic electrical problems.
- Will work with fabrication and project crew when needed.
- Will wire and trouble shoot single phase as well as 3 phase power supplies and motors.
- Will be responsible for helpingin all facility and building maintenance.
- Will work with the PM crew if needed.
- Will conduct daily oil and lube checks on machinery as needed.
- Will work with senior techs daily to learn and understand more complex electrical issues.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Will work scheduled overtime as needed.
- Perform work under direct supervision.
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possess beginning to work knowledge of subject matter.
- Typically require accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program or 2+ years of experience.EOE-Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
