Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Team Leader located in Wilmington, NC. The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for HVAC engineering, design, and maintenance & repair tasks. Utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, they will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
