Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, safety management, and the ability to supervise a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

•

Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.

•

Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring they are maintained according to industry standards.

•

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.

•

Oversee Lockout / Tagout Program, Confined Spaces Program, OSHA regulations, Safety Manual and Safety Procedures

•

Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with schematics.

•

Plan and execute maintenance projects, coordinating with other departments as necessary.

•

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.

•

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

•

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment

•

Knowledge of metal manufacturing equipment preferred

•

Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.

•

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.

•

Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
