The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Service existing accounts.

- Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.

- Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.

- Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.

- Cultivate and grow customer base.

- Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

- High School diploma and/or equivalent.

- Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.

- Excellent Customer Service skills

- Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred

- Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.

- Work closely with other departments or business units.

- Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.

This role is responsible for:

- Overseeing and coordinating the in-house maintenance team

- Daily inspection report for all facility compressors

- Daily inspection report for all facility cranes

- Daily inspection report for all facility overhead doors

- Daily inspection report for all company owned forklifts

- Daily inspection report for all rental forklifts

- Daily inspection report for profilers

- Daily inspection report for rollers

- Coordinating all vendor required maintenance and service calls

- Overseeing all vendor required maintenance and service calls, no vendors allowed to work on any equipment without supervision

- Validating and vetting service estimated and PO requests

- Prioritizing and fixing all maintenance requests, daily

- Supervising the Tool Room

- Reporting any issues to leadership team

- Cost conscious decision making
