About This Job

General Maintiance Tech/Handyman and home project coordinator We are looking for General Labor for construction work for our Solar and Battery Backup Company and personal home projects. Need someone experienced in all areas of maintiance or technical work plus great communication skills.

We will be hiring immediately

Here are our requirements:

•

Prefer at least 5-10 years of expensive construction experience

•

General Construction Experience including light electricial and plumbing

•

PowerTools expenerience,

•

Must have great communication skills

•

Show be able to follow directions

•

Needs to be able to work on a customer's house safely.

•

Need to have patiance to deal with difficults customers and projects

•

Must pass background check, drug test and references

•

Should be able to coordinate hiring and over seeing sub-contractors if required to fill skill gap or for large jobs

•

Car/Auto maintiance experience a plus

Responsibilities

•

Will need work on getting Electricial license under our Master Electrician

•

Perform general maintenance tasks including drywall installation and repair, plumbing, and electrical work.

•

Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for various construction projects.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

•

Coordinate with team members to manage project timelines and deliverables.

•

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.

This can be either a full time (30-40 hrs+) Position, This is a Contract to hire job that may become full-time employment depending on performance after 2-3 months.
