Mitsubishi Power is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Electrician to join our team in the Orlando Service Center location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional electrical experience, including expertise with high-voltage systems, wiring and installing transformers, and sizing electrical wiring for industrial equipment. Experience with CNC machines or similar automated systems is a plus. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment, transformers, and industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with CNC machines and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Size and install wiring based on load requirements and electrical code compliance.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other safety regulations.
- Test and inspect electrical systems for safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and inspections.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Familiar with PLC and HMI systems and controls.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical standards and transformer installations.
- Skilled in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and hazard assessments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred; minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Journeyman Electrician certification preferred. Strong knowledge of tools, and materials
- Able to read and interpret safety rules, electrical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and instructions; write routine reports; and communicate effectively in small group settings.
- Proficient in basic math, including fractions, percentages, and interpreting graphs.
- Capable of applying common sense to follow instructions and resolve issues involving multiple variables.
