Position Summary

MPC’s El Paso Refinery, is currently accepting applications for an experienced Journeyman Maintenance Machinist. A Machinist will support the operation of the refinery by properly maintaining and repairing refinery mechanical systems. This allows for safe, compliant, and reliable refinery operation to support the refinery’s strategic business goals. The schedule for this position will be a 4-10 schedule Monday-Thursday, with weekend shifts and OT when necessary.

Required Qualifications* Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements* Must be able to wear appropriate PPE in the refinery (respirator), be able to physically perform all tasks in the field.

Pay and Benefits

Starting rate is $32.53 per hour with the potential of earning up to $52.47 and highly competitive benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision benefit options, Paid Parental Leave, Company Match on 401(k) Contributions, Cash Balance Pension Retirement Plan and much more!
