MACHINEIST / MACHINE OPERATOR - Day/Evening/Night shift available (URGNTLY HIRING)

Hailiang Copper Texas Inc. is a company for copper tube processing with a 500,000-square-foot size plant. The project plan is to build three copper tube production lines and the main products are industrial pipes, pancake pipes for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry, and some small-caliber waterways for the construction industry.

The Copper Tube Operator Trainee with Mechanic background is responsible for Perform the machine operating according to Work Instruction and relevant specification documents, to complete copper tube production operations and equipment troubleshooting after training.

Qualifications

— Work Experience

™ Worked as Mechanic or machine operator in the manufacturing industry.

™ Preferred: Managed the production shift team.

— Education

™ High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

™ Preferred: Associate Degree or above in mechanical automation, mechanical Engineering or other related fields;

— Knowledge

™ Basic knowledge of computers. Can read the production schedule, input product information by computer, print labels after training.

™ Proficient in the mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic theory;

— Skills

™ Ability to install, assemble, debug, OPERATE, and MANAGE the equipment;

— Abilities

™ Basic mathematical knowledge and numeracy; have the ability to learn, be able to quickly accept new knowledge, and learn and use;

™ Ability to train and receive training;

™ Communicate and coordinate effectively in a small team environment; Have the ability of team cooperation and organization;
