Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various machining processes. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

•

Operate and monitor machinery, including milling machines and tooling equipment, to produce high-quality parts.

•

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

•

Utilize programming skills, including CAM programming, to set up and adjust machine parameters for production runs.

•

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

•

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety.

•

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

•

Use forklifts as needed for material handling within the warehouse.

Qualifications

•

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing environment.

•

Familiarity with programming concepts, particularly CAM programming.

•

Experience operating milling machines and other machining tools is preferred.

•

Knowledge of welding processes is a plus.

•

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

•

Forklift certification is advantageous but not required; training may be provided.

Pay: $21.39 - $25.76 per hour
