Job Duties:
•Set up, program, and operate orbital welding equipment to perform high-quality welds.
•Inspect materials and welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
•Adhere to safety protocols and workplace best practices to prevent hazards.
•Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and team members to ensure precision and efficiency.
•Perform quality control checks and documentation of welding work.
•Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
•Help develop designs for welding projects
•Use a variety of tools and equipment
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications; maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance preferred but willing to train
Qualifications:
•Read basic measuring devices.
•Ability to work in high-precision environments and follow strict tolerances.
•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
•Qualifications that are preferred:
•Experience with cutting and forming tubing and other fittings.
•Proficiency in orbital welding processes, techniques, and equipment operation.
•Strong understanding of metallurgy, materials science, and welding symbols.

Working Conditions:
•Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
•May involve exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
•Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
