Ionbond provides advanced coating solutions for applications in the aerospace, medical, food contact, automotive, decorative, tooling and fuel cells industries. We offer a broad range of hard, low-friction, wear-resistant coatings based on PVD, PACVD and CVD technologies.

- Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
- Work with supervisors and staff to operate and closely monitor high-vacuum PVD coating chambers
- Conduct periodical checks ensuring the machine and process is running correctly
- Load and unload customer products into machines while handling parts with care
- Perform general maintenance and clean interior of coating machines
- De-fixture batch loads after processing
- Carry out visual inspection on parts after processing
- Other duties as assigned

- Generous Paid Time OffPrevious experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (2+ years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. We have 1st and 3rd shifts, 6 AM-6:15PM. Able to sit/stand during an 12-hour shift. Some weekend work is required. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants may start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined 90-180 days, based on production and performance.
