Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for fulfilling all lubrication tasks as defined by Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The primary responsibility is to ensure that a lubrication program is maintained and managed. This includes all routine and unscheduled oil changes, greasing, sampling and general lubrication tasks are complete and updating stock levels of lubricants and related consumables. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and manage the KSPC lubrication program; perform all lubrication tasks in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Environment Regulations, Internal Policies and Procedures.
- Monitor equipment for leaks.
- Disposal & Spill management.
- Observe desiccant breather conditions for color changes and deterioration.
- Ensure machinery fill points are tagged for the appropriate lubricant.
- Follows lube sample drop procedures.
- Advanced knowledge in Lincoln automatic grease systems.
- Perform Oil Changes.
- Manage grease guns to keep grease types separated and fitting types separated.
- Monitor Autoluber locations and levels.
- Survey machinery to determine where bullseye sight glasses and sample ports can be used, request and install these units.
- Properly label and store re-useable filters to ensure cleanliness and fitness for service.

- 3-5 years in a maintenance or related position with specific experience in Lubrication and Lube related tasks.
- Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level 1 is preferred or commensurate experience.
- Demonstrates well-developed and effective relationship building skills (participates in a team, actively shares knowledge, respects differences of opinions, receives feedback openly displays a reasoned perspective and brings resolution to issues while considering all areas of impact.
- Ability to organize priorities to ensure tasks are completed to meet predetermined inspection frequencies so we are confident that we know the condition of our assets.
- Resolves issues when found using his/her experience and the team’s expertise.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement within working groups.
