Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Low Voltage Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, including but not limited to security, fire alarm, video surveillance, asset protection, and environmental detection. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled technician who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including but not limited to security, fire alarm, and audio-visual systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of low voltage systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to low voltage systems.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports of all work performed. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and stay current with industry standards and advancements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including security, fire alarm, and audio-visual systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
