As The Logistics Solutions Manager, You Will

- Define the solutions to support the Copeland Logistic’s programs, transportation systems and processes

- Provide governance for logistics projects and ensure a consistent logistics approach globally

- Gather requirements, manage projects and ensure new functionality is delivered on time with exceptional quality

- Help build Business Intelligence solutions by defining improved data models and building key reports

- This individual will develop an understanding of the end-to-end Copeland's Supply Chain Operations

Required Education, Experiences & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, transportation, supply chain or related field or equivalent experience

- 3+ years of experience in IT related field and managing successful projects

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Demonstrate an ability to drive change by working and excelling in a team environment and demonstrating an ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT

- Strong project management skills including analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Relentless pursuit of root cause identification and resolution

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

- Understands basic concepts of supply chain and information systems

- Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts and systems

- Ability to multi-task and work in multi-disciplinary teams
