Logistics Agent

Greenstone Mine is seeking a Logistics Agent to join our Team. Reporting to the Lodge Coordinator, the Logistic Agent is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of site access procedures and processes while providing support to the Lodge Coordinator.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
•
Support the coordination of travel, camp accommodation arrangements and other site access requirements for all GGM personnel and contractors (as applicable) that will be working at site.
•
Coordinate with the Lodging Facility’s catering contractor to ensure the required information provided is accurate and timely.
•
Data entry to maintain and update personnel and some training records needed for site access.
•
Ensure confidentiality of information and data integrity.
•
Provide support to resolve day-to-day issues related to accessing site.
•
As required, act as the GGM representative for all issues and concerns that may arise at the Lodge.
•
Undertake preparation of documents, correspondence, presentations and reports as assigned, ensuring clarity of expression, organization, and conformance to company specifications.
•
Any other related task.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills.
•
Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with others
•
Self-starter with solid troubleshooting capabilities
•
Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
•
Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
•
Comfortable with a fast-paced and frequently changing work environment
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
•
High school diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or combination of education and pertinent work-related experience
•
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and competent with Microsoft office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.
•
Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in a camp or administrative setting.
LOCATION
•
This position will be on a 4 days in and 3 days out rotation to Geraldton, ON.
