Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Front-end Loader Operator for Utilities & Pipe Crew in the Tuscumbia, AL / North Alabama operations area, Alabama SMA reporting to the General Manager of Construction & Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.

Job Details

- Wages start at $24.00hr, starting wage based on experience.

- Fulltime/Permanent

- Day Shift

- Weekend work may be required

- Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits

Job Responsibilities

- Operate a variety of Front-End Loader and other machinery as required.

- Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies

- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management

- Perform pre and post inspections on equipment daily

- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency

- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

- 1+ years of experience as a Front-End Loader operator preferred.

- Previous Utilities & Pipe experience preferred.

- Ability to understand basic safety and work instruction.

- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

- Good organizational, scheduling and time management skills.

- Team player mentality.

- Working outdoors in varied weather conditions with the probability of dust, noise, heat, and cold.

- Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
