Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Loader Operator to join our team in Spearfish, South Dakota. As the Loader Operator, you’ll play a key role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

About the Role

- Feeding the plant with materials

- Performing basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on mobile and stationary equipment

- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals for ready-mix and precast concrete

What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: Starting wages range from $23 to $27 per hour, based on experience.

· Schedule: Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends required. Hours average between 50-60 per week.

- Ability to operate mobile machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Willingness to perform plant clean-up, general labor, and assist other team members as needed.

- Basic mechanical aptitude for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Dependability, honesty, and readiness to work safely every day.
