Loader Operator

Job description

Alter Trading Corporation Company, privately held company with several scrap metal processing facilities throughout the Midwest and Southern region, is searching for a Front End Loader Operator at its Davenport, Iowa.

Hours: 12 hour shift - Day Shift - Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 4:30pm.

Summary:

Mainly operates a Front End Loader, but could be asked to operate other heavy equipment including wheel loader and articulating dump truck. Loading and/or unloading trucks, semis, rail cars with material, and sorting material in yard.

Safety:

Wears all necessary PPE when working in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times.
