Luck Stone Bull Run Plant is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join their team. Individual is skilled in operating heavy equipment safely in a construction or quarry environment, punctual and has strong communication skills to communicate with our drivers and associates of the plant.
- Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle
- Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner
- Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure appropriate positioning for loading
- Builds piles and ramps
- Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance
- Willingness to assist with projects and activities other than heavy equipment operation around the site when needed.
- Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others
- Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift
- Previous experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site environment is necessary. Other heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.
- Must be punctual. Hours 6am-4pm.
Starting pay is $26.58 per hour and could be higher depending on experience evaluated by management.
Bi-weekly pay. Benefits start day 1 of employment and include:
