We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of tank cars, trucks, and ships. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining the integrity and quality of our products as they travel to our valued customers.

- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload agricultural products, chemicals, and other materials from tank cars, trucks, and ships. Ensure the correct placement and secure fastening of loads to prevent spills, contamination, and other hazards.

- Equipment Operation: Operate loading and unloading equipment, such as pumps, hoses, and valves, with precision. Conduct pre-operation checks and regular maintenance to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.

- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations, including safety guidelines and environmental standards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow protocols to minimize risks during loading and unloading processes.

- Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of tank cars, trucks, and ships before and after loading. Identify and report any damages, leaks, or irregularities in the cargo. Ensure products are loaded in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all loading and unloading activities, including weight measurements, product types, and transaction times. Prepare and submit daily reports to supervisors, highlighting any issues or deviations from standard procedures.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate logistical operations and resolve any challenges that arise. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and achieve operational goals.

- Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve any loading and unloading issues, such as equipment malfunctions or product discrepancies. Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and safety in logistics operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with loading equipment and basic mechanical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
