The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician (310S or 310T) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical diagnostic with mechanical repair skills who will help maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment and enjoys a diverse and supportive work environment. Apprentices will also be considered.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on automotive and heavy equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- General repairs on a variety of trucks and equipment.
- Complete accurate work orders and documentation.
- Mentor apprentices and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in on-road service calls when required
- Ability to work independently.
- 310S or 310T License.
- 7+ years experience in automotive or heavy truck repair an asset.- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Own tools and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in shop and occasional field environments.- Pay: $25.00 – $42.26/hr + overtime
