At The Crossing Apartment Homes, we are seeking an upbeat, creative, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you have strong sales experience and a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives, you’ll thrive in this role. As a Leasing Consultant, you won’t just be leasing apartments—you’ll be an integral part of creating a vibrant and engaging community by showcasing your creativity in our resident events. You’ll have the opportunity to plan, organize, and execute events that bring residents together and make their living experience unforgettable.
In addition to resident events, you will manage the leasing process from start to finish with our full support. You’ll present our apartments and community in a compelling way, overcome objections, build lasting relationships, and create excitement about our property. Providing excellent customer service and addressing residents’ needs with sound judgment and problem-solving skills are key to this role. Whether you have experience or not, we’ll provide continuous training to help you grow into a leasing professional at The Crossing.
Your Mission:
•Lease our Apartment Homes through property tours and follow-up communication.
•Renew current Lease Agreements and foster long-lasting relationships with residents.
•Showcase your creativity by assisting with monthly resident events that engage and excite the community.
•Provide excellent Customer Service with a Smile and respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner.
•Organize and manage daily leasing tasks and operations.
•Prepare Service Requests to ensure our valued residents’ needs are met promptly.
Qualifications:
•Strong customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
•Proficiency in property management and leasing processes.
•Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to manage conflicts and collaborate effectively with team members.
•Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
