Lease Operator/Pumper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lease Operator to join our team in the oil and gas industry. As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of oil and gas wells, ensuring optimal production levels. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Monitor and operate oil and gas wells (ESP's, Rod Pump, Compressors, Plunger Lifts) to maximize production

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed

- Conduct tests and collect samples to analyze production levels

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations

- Assist with well site construction and maintenance projects

- Perform Daily Productions Reports, Calculate Monthly Well Tests.

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques

- Knowledge of oil and gas production processes

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 Years of Lease Operator/Flowback/Well Testing Experience

-Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Test

-Must live within 20 minutes of Odessa/Midland

-Must be able to work a 10/4 Schedule

-Must have your own Reliable Truck

Pay: $550.00 - $625.00 per day
