Lease Operator

Position Title: Lease Operator Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible Hours) Hourly Rate: $25–$32 per hour Work Days: Monday through Friday, with some on-call weekend work Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

These oil and gas assets are situated within 1.5 hours drive from the Gates Mills/Mayfield Heights areas. Hours are flexible.

Overview:

Pin Oak Energy Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lease Operator to join our field operations team. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and documenting the production of oil and gas on company-operated leases.

As a Lease Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all field equipment—including pumps, tanks, separators, meters, and related infrastructure—is operating efficiently and safely. This position requires mechanical aptitude, a strong understanding of oil and gas production systems, and the ability to make timely repairs and operational decisions in the field.

Experience operating both conventional wells is preferred.

In many ways, this role serves as a site manager, responsible for the overall functionality of the lease premises, including gates, lease roads, and production equipment. Your proactive attention to detail and communication with a Field Supervisor will help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
