Job Summary:
This position is an active Learning and Development Manager leading their team of Learning and Development Facilitators, Instructional Designers, and Technical Writers in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs across the CES organization. As well as identify and address employee skill gaps, aligning learning initiatives with business strategic initiatives. The L&D Manager collaborates with CES Management in facilitating career development by assessing individual needs and delivering targeted training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in Business, Learning & Development or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Professional certification a plus
More than 6+ years progressive experience in training with management experience.
Expertise in various instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Proven design and develop of training programs, including e-learning modules, in-person workshops, and blended learning experiences.
Propane industry business knowledge preferred.
AmeriGas system knowledge: CRM, SAP, SuccessFactors, Ancile, Poppulo, etc.

The pay for this position ranges from $89,200.00 to $115,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
