Ramco Fabricators LLC is an ASME certified “U” stamp shop. We design and build pressure vessels of all shapes and sizes. Our company is located in Colfax, NC, right between Winston-

Salem and Greensboro.

We are currently seeking a Lead Welding Fabricator to join our team. This is an hourly position whose main responsibilities are to lead a production team according to our production schedule with all necessary welding, fabrication, and repairs. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager. Duties could include and are not limited to any of the following;

General Expectations

- Be responsible for the productivity and quality of your work and work performed in support of the production teams

- Detail oriented with proven analytical skills

- Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve

- Meet deadlines while working under minimal supervision

- Be able to lift 50lbs

- Ability to stand for up to 10hrs daily

- Knowledge and use of hand tools and Manual machining processes

- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional weekend work

Required Training/Education/Experience

- Education: High School Diploma Required, Associates Degree or

Certificate in Welding preferred

- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in ASME Pressure Vessel Shop required

- Experience with Flux Core welding is required

- Experience with Submerged Arc welding is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
