Voltage LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects across departments. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Lead project planning sessions to define scope, goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
•Develop detailed project schedules and work plans using appropriate tools and templates.
•Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to customers, internal stakeholders and leadership.
•Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
•Monitor progress, adjust timelines and resource allocation as needed, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of status and risks.
•Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast needs.
•Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk assessments, and final summaries.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
•Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
•Conduct pre- and post-project reviews with customers and internally and implement continuous improvement practices.
•Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on project management best practices.
•Foster strong working relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•5+ years of proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
•Experience working in solar, renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing.
•Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate teams.
•Strong organizational, and time management.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle).
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
•Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
