Lead Plant Operator

Brooks Grease Service is adding a Lead Plant Operator to its growing Tulsa plant. A successful lead is an experienced, reliable, motivated person who is enjoys being a leader while guiding and supporting 4 plant operators The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Job Description:

- The Lead Plant Operator is a leadership role and reports to the Plant Manager

- Optimizes overall efficiency of our processing at the Tulsa OK plant

- Focuses on the daily as well as long-term performance

- Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations with respect to waste management

- Champion of continuous improvement through feedback

- Standardizes operating procedures and creates best practices

- Assists in setting of goals and prioritizes projects to reach goals

- Ability to implement Lean principles or like methodologies

- Working knowledge of OSHA

- Foster a positive work atmosphere

Benefits:

- $22-$29/hour DOE

- Weekly pay through direct deposit
