About The Role

As a Lead, Market Research Intelligence Analyst, you will be an operations resource to lead market and customer programs for the Global Markets Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE). You will report to the Senior Manager, Market & Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Excellence and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of customer feedback data into Westinghouse AI from different platforms, enhancing the accuracy and comprehensiveness of reports.

- Integrate Voice of Customer (VoC) data and insights into a unified tool to enhance customer understanding. Design new customer feedback reports

- Develop and support execution Voice of Customer (VoC) Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, ensuring data collection and analysis. Integrate external platform data to enhance insights and lead strategic improvements.

- Collaborate with the Westinghouse commercial team to ensure follow-up on Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys, facilitating and driving relevant insights to improve customer satisfaction.

- Conduct Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE) on creation of weekly and monthly reporting on commercial team performance

- Support implementation lead for the Market Intelligence Platform (MIP). Assist developing work instructions, business plan reporting, and cross platform integration. Manage subscription renewals, coordinating with the global shared services team for user management, and supporting cost center allocations with corporate finance. Support tracking the CCOE budget.

- Use AI to analyze customer feedback data, identifying insights to improve customer satisfaction and lead projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years in market intelligence analytics

- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with experience deploying AI solutions within cloud environments preferred

- Familiarity with market intelligence platforms preferred

- Familiar in analyzing data, including VoC and NPS surveys, to identify trends and relevant insights

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
