Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.

- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Supervision. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Heavy Industry Manufacturing & Production.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

- Lean Manufacturing – with proven experience Leading a Kaizen Week event with 2 or greater teams.
The base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - $136,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
