What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.

- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

- Perform welding, machining, and pipefitting tasks to maintain and improve equipment functionality.

- Lead preventative maintenance initiatives and assist with equipment installations.

- Foster a collaborative, safety-first environment while training and mentoring team members.

- Act as a vital communication link between staff and management to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (5–8 years preferred).

- Proven skills in troubleshooting industrial equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Welding and machining expertise, with prior leadership experience strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols, blueprints, schematics, and preventative maintenance strategies.
