Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to support our custom builders on site. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities:

+ Support the lead builder in constructing decks, patios, and related outdoor structures. + Perform basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. + Help with the installation of wood, composite, steel, or other materials as needed. + Prepare the worksite by gathering tools, materials, and equipment. + Assist in setting up and breaking down the job site daily. + Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. + Operate hand and power tools under supervision. + Transport and handle materials safely and efficiently. + Notify the team of any supply or tool shortages. + Follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required. + Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. + Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and goals are met. + Follow instructions from the lead hand and other supervisors. + Use your creativity to inspire team members.
