Land Administrator

Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join Venture Global's land management team, which oversees the evaluation, acquisition, transfer and administration of Venture Global's real property interests in Louisiana and Texas. These property interests consist of owned and leased parcels, rights of way, servitudes, licenses and other similar instruments.

The Land Administrator will contribute as an integral member of the land management team that supports the Land and Development Group. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive land management and administration expertise, tracking key dates and milestones and working alongside internal legal, development, finance, environmental and other parties with the objective of achieving business objectives and driving performance.

The Land Administrator will be a member of the Legal Department and report to a designated Assistant General Counsel.
