The Opportunity JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Supervisor of Mineral Land Administration, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing Alberta Crown leases/licenses, Freehold leases, and Canadian Natural-issued Fee leases. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all ongoing lease obligations, including rental payments, expiries, continuations, offsets, and the handling of obligation or default notices.
+ Alberta Crown regulations and processes (ETS, continuations, surrenders, offsets, etc.) + Alberta Land Titles systems (SPIN II), including title searches, caveat registrations and withdrawals + Freehold lease administration, including a solid understanding of lease terms and obligations
+ Alberta Crown leases/licenses and various Freehold lease formats + Lease assignments, estate file handling, and caveat management + Understanding of Title, Headlease, and Sublease relationships
