Laborer

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential for supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Duties

- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.

- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.

- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
