Pay Rate: $25.38/hr - Flexible to work weekends and Overtime

Laborers perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time.Work is performed outdoors. Laborers are subject to inclement weather such as frost, rain, hot, and cold weather. Some areas will be dirty and dusty. The position will perform work such as dig ditches, holes and shovel piles of dust/rock debris. Use shovel and broom to load into a wheelbarrow and push to disposal area. Unplug chutes, clean up area of the plant, around crushers, elevators, conveyors as directed. Laborers are also required to assist in routine plant maintenance on planned down days. Ensure the plant area meets or exceeds all safety standards for SGI (guards, walkways…etc.) and all work is performed safely.

This is a full-time position, flexible to work Saturdays and overtime.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be 18 years old and have a High School diploma or G.E.D. Heavy industrial manufacturing background or construction experience is preferred.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $25.38
